Refund policy

Our 14-day return policy states that after receiving an item, you have 14 days to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at shop@good-look.it. Returns should be sent to the following address: Via Incisa 12/14, 14100 Asti ((AT)).

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage or if you received the wrong item. This will help us assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if your goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
